Sessions are inclusive, supportive, and delivered in small groups to ensure appropriate coaching and progression.

These sessions are non-clinical and exercise-led. Participants requiring medical or specialist intervention are supported through appropriate referral pathways.

CANCER REHABBILITATION SUPPORT

Specialist exercise support for people during and after cancer treatment, delivered with care, awareness, and progression appropriate to individual needs.

Sessions focus on rebuilding strength, managing fatigue, and supporting confidence during recovery.

This support complements existing healthcare and does not replace medical treatment or clinical advice.

Designed to help people build simple, sustainable routines that support long-term health and wellbeing.
